The Vision

Every great display starts with a vision. We begin with a photo of your home — preferably provided by you, or sourced from Google Earth or real estate listings if needed. This lets us map out your house perfectly and prepare your custom lighting layout. We also need to know what bulb color(s) you would like to use!

The Holiday Mockup

Next, we send you a digital mockup showing exactly how your home will sparkle once it’s wrapped in holiday cheer. Each design includes pricing for our Standard, Deluxe, and Premium packages, letting you choose how bright you’d like to shine this season.

Choose Your Package & Reserve Your Spot Standard Package

Rooflines, edges, and slopes Deluxe Package — Everything in Standard, plus pathways and walkways Premium Package — The full showstopper: rooflines, edges, slopes, pathways, and windows We can also add bushes and trees for extra. Prices subject to specific situations and factors! A 50% deposit secures your place on our installation schedule. Installation may take place whether you’re home or not — all work is done safely, efficiently, and weather permitting.

Installation & Holiday Magic

Once approved, we get to work! We use commercial-grade materials that are custom-cut, labeled, and fitted perfectly to your home. Every service includes installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage, so your holidays stay merry and worry-free. Our seasonal contracts run for a two-year minimum, which includes priority scheduling and a 20% discount on future reinstalls.

Takedown & Storage

When the season winds down, we begin takedowns from January 2nd through January 31st. We do our best to honor customer preferences, though scheduling is based on weather, route efficiency, and crew availability. Once removed, your lights are carefully labeled and stored until next season — ready to shine again next year!

Frequently Asked Questions

We provide a full-service leasing model. You are paying for the complete service: the custom design, the use of our commercial-grade lights (which we maintain and replace as needed), the installation, maintenance, and storage. This ensures you always have a high-quality, perfectly working display.

Absolutely not. Your service fee is all-inclusive. We provide all professional-grade lights and equipment, which our team installs, services, and safely removes.

We recommend booking your design consultation between September and October. Our installation schedule typically fills up very quickly starting in November. The earlier you book, the more flexible we can be with your desired installation date!

We recommend booking early in the season (October or early November) to secure your preferred installation date. Our schedule fills up fast as the holidays get closer!

 Take-downs typically begin the first week of January and continue until mid-February. We will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient time for removal and storage.
